As a clergyperson I find myself leading people in pursuit of non-tangible goals such as increased faith and the development of their spiritual nature. At the same time as a pastor I also lead thedevelopment of a not-for-profit corporation called a church. Is this non-tangible/tangible dualism unique to clergy or does all leadership have these same elements? Also, how do I resolve the sometimes competing ends of leading these two efforts?
